Ruby-crowned Kinglet
A fairly common winter resident, the end of October - the first of April, in forested areas of the region. Up to 15 in a day have been reported at SCP. LCBC high count of 190 in 1988.

Golden-crowned Kinglet
A rare winter visitor. Seen several times at the high point in the county at Bok Tower near Lake Wales. Last report there was January 2, 2000. The last records were recorded in the winter of 2006/2007 when two were seen north of Lakeland and one near Bartow.. LCBC high count of 2 in 1987.
